Making Moves Forward: Approachable Physical Activity for All
Program Competency: Cultural Humility
Lifestyle coaches facilitating the National DPP lifestyle change program often have participants with a variety of health conditions that may impact their ability or likelihood to engage in physical activity. From participants with mild joint pain to participants with disabilities, barriers to physical activity can feel like overwhelming obstacles to participants hoping to achieve program physical activity goals. In this webinar, attendees will explore strategies for helping participants find success with their physical activity goals, regardless of their physical limitations and abilities.
This webinar will be held live on Wednesday, September 24th from 3:00-4:30 pm ET. If a registrant is unable to attend the live event, a webinar recording will be sent to all registrants. This course must be completed 3 weeks (21 days) after the live event to receive a certificate of completion.
