Calories, Fats and Carbs, Oh My! Nutrition Strategies, Controversies, and Sanity in the Lifestyle Change Program
Competency: Health and Wellness
Training Length: 90 minutes
The lifestyle change program is not an individualized nutrition program, nor is it intended to be a restrictive or prescriptive diet. Many Lifestyle Coaches struggle with this less directive approach to lifestyle change and wonder if giving more specific guidance would yield faster or more ideal results. In this webinar, the more general nutrition approach of the Lifestyle Change Program will be explored and explained. Additionally, a panel of expert Lifestyle Coaches will reflect on these issues and provide some guidance for managing the many nutrition questions that Lifestyle Coaches may encounter while delivering the program.
