How can Lifestyle Coaches encourage participants to make and stick with their behavior changes? What works best when a participant is struggling with willpower or motivation?
This webinar briefly addresses the 5 psychological barriers to making healthy choices, followed by an introduction to the 4 P’s framework –Possibilities, Process, Persuasion and Person-developed by Chance, Dhar, Hatzis & Huskey, 2016. A mock case example is provided to engage the participants in applying the 4 P’s to nudge individuals to healthier food choices.
