Habit Formation: Empowering Participants to Build Sustainable Habits for Lifestyle Change

Maintaining motivation is difficult when aiming for a lifestyle change, but habits can effectively support change regardless of one’s motivation at a particular point in time. In this webinar on behavior change, lifestyle coaches will be introduced to the science of habit formation and will learn how to effectively support participants’ habit formation skills as they aim to reduce their risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
If a registrant is unable to attend the live event, a webinar recording will be sent to all registrants. This course must be completed 3 weeks (21 days) after the live event to receive a certificate of completion.
